The finishing trades, as stand-alone jobs or as part of a larger renovation.
Not every project is a full renovation. Sometimes it is a new floor through the main level, a tired deck, a bathtub that needs reglazing or new cabinet doors. We take on these smaller jobs with the same written quote and the same care as a full renovation.
Tile and flooring
Tile work is only as good as what is under it: a flat, stiff substrate and, in wet areas, a waterproof membrane. For flooring we match the product to the room, for example vinyl plank or tile below grade and engineered wood on upper floors.
Decks and outdoor work
We build and rebuild decks and patios, and handle exterior finishing and pressure washing. Larger or raised decks can need a building permit, which we confirm before quoting.
Kitchen and bath upgrades without a full renovation

Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. Tile, flooring, drywall, painting, deck and cabinet work are all available as stand-alone jobs, quoted in writing.
Do I need a permit for a deck?
It depends on the deck's height, size and attachment to the house, and on your city's rules. We check before we quote.
